First stage of the Commissioned work. Assembly.
The Gundam Deathscythe Hell has a 19 runners.,each molded in nice colours. Gates are perfectly placed except for the bicep armor piece (which I forgot to take some photos).
I started off with the core - Pilot seat.
That would be Duo Maxwell.
And this is the pilot's seat. Looks a lot like similar to the Gundam Mk II.
Next up, the assembly for the Torso and Arm joints.
Lower part of the torso has a polycap and it's frame.
Put these three together to form the main body.
Add some more pieces - Neck, and front chest piece.
Then the final armors - front, back and hips.
Lastly, the cockpit hatch...
And we have the completed torso.
Next, we move to the head. Assembly was pretty straight-forward as I've already assembled a lot of MGs. I can say that the MG Deathscythe Hell has a rather unique head assembly.
Here's the completed head. Nice!
Next will be the arm assembly. The left and right parts were identical making the assembly more easy. These two white pieces will be part of the shoulder armor.
More shoulder armor pieces...
Next, I don't know what to call these so I'll name it "arm guards". The TV version of Deathscythe has something similar that can be used as a weapon (and this is not it).
Here are the completed arm guards.
Elbow joints!
The next armor pieces will complete the arms. Assembly is straight-forward.
We now have the completed arms.
Next up, the manipulators. MG Deathscythe Hell was packed with a lot of HG-like fixed-hands giving you more options on how your Gundam would look like. The only problem is that it cannot move just like the 1-3-1 configuration from other MGs. That means you will have to replace them manually if you need a certain hand configuration. Probably because of the scale. Gundams from the Wing series are smaller compared to Gundams from Universal Century. ...nuf said...
For this assembly, I chose the one that can hold the Beam Scissors.
Putting all arm parts together, we get this.
Upper body complete!
Next stop will be the lower body - Skirt armor, legs and the famous Active Cloak. Stay tuned!
