Linus Torvald says:

"Artists usually don't make all that much money, and they often keep their artistic hobby despite the money rather than due to it."

Wilfred Peterson says:

"A man practices the art of adventure when he breaks the chain of routine and renews his life through reading new books, traveling to new places, making new friends, taking up new hobbies and adopting new viewpoints."

Steve Martin says:

"When your hobbies get in the way of your work - that's OK; but when your hobbies get in the way of themselves... well..."

Dale Carnegie says:

"Today is life-the only life you are sure of. Make the most of today. Get interested in something. Shake yourself awake. Develop a hobby. Let the winds of enthusiasm sweep through you. Live today with gusto."

T. Chris Lim says:

"If you think you're playing too much, PLAY MORE! Remember, there is no game over."

Snap-fitting a Master Grade Gunpla - 1/100 RX-78 GP01-FB

The SD Gundam was ready for painting but the weather doesn't allow me to...
So inorder to kill time, I decided to build a Master Grade model kit. It's been a while since I touched an MG and I don't know which one to choose.
I was watching Mobile Suit Gundam 0083 Stardust memory and I saw one MG that looked familiar (found under my worktable). It's the RX-78 GP01FB!

Let the snap-fitting begin!
Warning: Tons of pictures.

What is Gundam?

I just finished watching the old and original Mobile Suit Gundam (from 1979) and I can say that this series became the turning point in the world "mecha" anime.

RX-78-2 Gundam
I tried to do a little research on how this so called "Gundam" fever started. Interestingly, here's what I found.

Introduction to the epic sci-fi saga.
